All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (€12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking information provided
  • Free Shipping:
    • Available for orders over €50
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
    • Tracking information provided

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We do not ship to some Asian countries and certain remote areas.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and certain remote areas). Please be aware that:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • Delivery times may be longer for international destinations

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order for any reason, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged:

  • Filter media (Filtermedia)
  • Replacement cartridges (Hayward vervang patronen, Patroonfilters)
  • Other personal/hygiene-related pool products

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Products must be in their original condition and packaging
  • All labels and tags must be intact
  • Products must show no signs of use or damage
  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of receipt

Refunds

  • Processing time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item
  • Payment method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped
  • International transactions: For international customers, refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another product from our assortment:

Defective or Damaged Products
